有色金屬選礦用高壓輥磨機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及其工藝

摘 要: 通過(guò)對(duì)高壓輥磨機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)及工藝研究,論證了高壓輥磨機(jī)在有色金屬礦物加工方面行業(yè)的應(yīng)用前景。高壓輥磨機(jī)超細(xì)碎及磨礦試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:有色礦石經(jīng)新型高壓輥磨機(jī)超細(xì)碎后有助于大幅度提升球磨機(jī)處理能力,有效降低Bond球磨功指數(shù)。后經(jīng)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐驗(yàn)證,兩個(gè)選廠通過(guò)高壓輥磨機(jī)進(jìn)行碎磨系統(tǒng)提產(chǎn)改造后,球磨機(jī)入料粒度F95由F95≤12 mm降低至F95≤5 mm,球磨機(jī)入料Bond球磨功指數(shù)分別由13.78和11.64 kW?h/t降低為11.84和9.94 kW?h/t,選廠整體處理能力提升67%左右。

Structure and process of HPGR for non-ferrous metal beneficiation

Abstract:Through the research of the structure and process of HPGR, this paper demonstrated the application prospect of HPGR in the non-ferrous mineral processing industry. The results of ultrafine crushing and grinding test of HPGR indicate that the non-ferrous ore is greatly improved by the new-type HPGR after ultra-fine crushing, which can greatly improve the processing capacity of the ball mill and effectively reduce the Bond work index. After the industrial production practice verified, the two concentration plants upgraded and transformed the grinding system through HPGR, the particle size (F95) of the ball mill feed reduces from less than 12 mm to less than 5 mm, and the Bond work indexes of ball mill feed reduce from 13.78 and 11.64 kW?h/t to 11.84 and 9.94 kW?h/t, respectively. The overall processing capacity of the concentration plants increases by about 67%.
