TiNbTaZrAl高熵合金黏結(jié)劑對Ti(C,N)基金屬陶瓷性能的影響

摘 要: 采用機械合金化制備了TiNbTaZrAl難熔高熵合金,加入采用放電等離子法制備的Ti(C,N)基金屬陶瓷。借助物相分析和形貌表征優(yōu)化了溫度和壓力的制備工藝參數(shù)。通過XRD、SEM/EDS、TEM、維氏硬度計等對陶瓷進行表征,研究了不同高熵合金加入量對陶瓷的物相、微觀組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。。結(jié)果表明:相比Co黏結(jié)劑,TiNbTaZrAl高熵合金的加入可以促進碳化物的固溶和Ti(C,N)晶粒的細化。高熵合金加入量為7.5%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))時,陶瓷力學(xué)性能最優(yōu)。在優(yōu)選溫度1600 ℃和壓力30 MPa的工藝參數(shù)下,采用高熵合金黏結(jié)劑的Ti(C,N)基金屬陶瓷的維氏硬度和斷裂韌性,分別達到(1960.4±40) MPa和(10.01±0.25) MPa?m1/2,相比采用Co黏結(jié)劑的金屬陶瓷分別提升了11.68%和9.28%。

Influence of TiNbTaZrAl high entropy alloy binder on performance of Ti(C,N)-based cermet

Abstract:The TiNbTaZrAl refractory high-entropy alloy (HEAs) was prepared by mechanical alloying. The Ti(C,N)-based cermet was sintered by spark plasma method with TiNbTaZrAl HEAs. The process parameters as temperature and pressure were optimized by phase analysis and morphology characterization. The effects of different HEAs contents on the phase composition, microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti(C,N)-based cermet were studied by XRD, SEM/EDS, TEM and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the addition of TiNbTaZrAl HEAs promotes the solid solution of carbides and grain refinement of Ti(C,N). When the addition of the HEAs reaches 7.5% (mass fraction), the mechanical property is best.The Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the Ti(C,N)-based cermet with HEAs sintered at 1600 ℃ and 30 MPa are (1960.4±40) MPa and (10.01±0.25) MPa?m1/2. Compared with those of Ti(C,N)-based cermet with Co binder, they are improved by 11.68% and 9.28%, respectively.
