摘 要: 點(diǎn)陣材料是由一種或多種結(jié)構(gòu)單元,按照特定方式(如周期、拓?fù)洹⒎中蔚?優(yōu)化組合構(gòu)筑而成的具有特殊物理性能的一類新材料,在光、電、力、熱、聲、磁、生物化學(xué)等領(lǐng)域均具有巨大的應(yīng)用潛力。3D打印技術(shù)極大地推動(dòng)了點(diǎn)陣材料的發(fā)展,提高了點(diǎn)陣材料的可設(shè)計(jì)性,使制備具有形狀復(fù)雜、尺度細(xì)小的點(diǎn)陣材料成為現(xiàn)實(shí)。本文綜述了點(diǎn)陣材料的研究進(jìn)展:闡述了點(diǎn)陣材料結(jié)構(gòu)單元的類型及特征;歸納了點(diǎn)陣材料的制備方法;總結(jié)了點(diǎn)陣材料的性能及應(yīng)用;最后探討了點(diǎn)陣材料的發(fā)展方向。

Abstract:The lattice materials are a new type of materials with special physical properties, which are constructed by one or more structural units optimized and combined in a specific way (such as period, topology, fractal, etc.),which has huge application potential in optics, electricity, mechanics, heat, acoustics, magnetism, biology, chemistry and other fields. 3D printing technology has greatly promoted the development of lattice materials, improved the designability of lattice materials, and made it possible to fabricate lattice materials with complex internal structures and smaller geometric dimensions. The research progress of lattice material was reviewed in this paper. The types and characteristics of its structural units were introduced, and the fabrication methods of lattice materials were concluded. The properties and applications of lattice materials were summarized. Finally, the research tendency of lattice materials was discussed.
