固-液摻雜WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3硬質(zhì)合金的制備與組織性能

摘 要: 本文采用固-液摻雜和SPS工藝在1250 ℃和50 MPa下獲得高致密的WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3硬質(zhì)合金,并研究了Y2(Zr)O3對(duì)WC-Co硬質(zhì)合金的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。利用XRD、SEM、TEM及維氏硬度計(jì)對(duì)硬質(zhì)合金的組成、顯微組織、硬度和斷裂韌性進(jìn)行了測(cè)量分析。結(jié)果表明:含有0.15%ZrO2和1.30%Y2O3的WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3合金樣品的維氏硬度和斷裂韌性分別為1428.6 HV和12.8 MPa·m1/2,與WC-Co樣品相比,在保持高硬度的基礎(chǔ)上,斷裂韌性提升了17.4%;Y、Zr和O元素以Y2(Zr)O3化合物的形式存在于WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3硬質(zhì)合金,提高了合金的斷裂韌性。

Preparation, microstructure and properties of solid-liquid doped WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3 cemented carbide

Abstract:In this paper, the high density WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3 cemented carbides were obtained by solid-liquid doping and SPS process at 1250 ℃ and 50MPa, and the effect of Y2(Zr)O3 on the microstructure and mechanical properties of WC-Co cemented carbides was studied. The composition, microstructure, hardness and fracture toughness of cemented carbide were measured and analyzed by XRD, SEM, TEM and Vickers hardness tester. The results show that the Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3 alloy samples containing 0.15%ZrO2 and 1.30%Y2O3 are 1428.6 HV and 12.8 MPa·m1/2, respectively. Compared with WC-Co samples, the fracture toughness increases by 17.4% on the basis of maintaining high hardness. The elements of Y, Zr and O are presented in the form of Y2(Zr)O3 compounds in WC-Co-Y2(Zr)O3 cemented carbide, which improves the fracture toughness of the alloy.
