冷軋Ti-Nb-Zr-O高彈性鈦合金的組織演變和力學(xué)性能

摘 要: 以Ti-35Nb-2Zr-0.3O(Ti3523)為研究對象,研究了冷軋變形量對合金的組織和性能的影響規(guī)律,分析了其塑性變形機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:冷軋過程中,合金存在{332} 孿生變形、應(yīng)力誘發(fā)馬氏體α″相變、滑移變形三種變形機(jī)制。當(dāng)變形量為42.3%時(shí),應(yīng)力誘發(fā)馬氏體相變,較強(qiáng)的 織構(gòu)和晶體缺陷密度較多的松散結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致其彈性模量較低,此時(shí)Ti3523合金的彈性模量僅為54 GPa、屈服強(qiáng)度為875 MPa、抗拉強(qiáng)度可達(dá)1013 MPa,實(shí)現(xiàn)了單一材料高強(qiáng)度和低彈性模量的有機(jī)調(diào)和,有望滿足高超聲速、可變機(jī)翼飛行器等新型航空裝備對高性能彈性材料的需求。

Microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of cold rolled Ti-Nb-Zr-O high elastic titanium alloy

Abstract:The effects of cold rolling deformation on the microstructure and properties of Ti-35Nb-2Zr-0.3O (Ti3523) titanium alloy were studied, and the plastic deformation mechanism was analyzed. The results show that there are three deformation mechanisms during the cold rolling process: {332} twining, stress-induced martensitic α″ transformation and slipping. The stress-induced martensitic transformation, the appearance of texture and the more “l(fā)ooser” structure due to high crystal defect density lead to the lowest elastic modulus at the deformation of 42.3%. At this time, the elastic modulus of Ti3523 alloy is only 54 GPA, and the yield strength and tensile strength of Ti3523 alloy can reach 875 MPa and 1013 MPa, respectively. High strength and low elastic modulus were well coordinated in the single material Ti3523, which was expected to meet the requirements of high performance elastic materials for hypersonic, variable wing aircraft and other new aviation equipment.
