摘 要: Ti2AlNb合金是新一代航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)關(guān)鍵材料,具有低密度、高比強(qiáng)度、抗蠕變和抗氧化等優(yōu)異特點(diǎn),使其成為航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)用很有前途的輕質(zhì)高溫結(jié)構(gòu)材料。本文綜述了近年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于Ti2AlNb合金的研究進(jìn)展,從Ti2AlNb合金的合金化、相變、組織演變和力學(xué)性能四個(gè)方面的研究成果進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要回顧,旨在更好地指導(dǎo)Ti2AlNb合金在航空領(lǐng)域的工程應(yīng)用,同時(shí),指出Ti2AlNb合金亟待解決的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)其在航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。

Abstract:Ti2AlNb alloy is the key material for new generation aero-engine with characteristics of low density, high specific strength, high creep resistance and excellent oxidation resistance, making it a promising light-mass, high-temperature structural material for aero-engine. This paper summarized the research progresses of Ti2AlNb alloy at home and abroad in recent years. A brief review of the research results in the four aspects of alloying, phase transformation, microstructure evolution and mechanical properties was conducted,aiming to better guide the engineering applications of Ti2AlNb alloy in aerospace field. At the same time, the problems to be solved urgently of Ti2AlNb alloy were pointed out and its applications in aero-engine is prospected.
