摘 要: 水力管道提升系統(tǒng)是聯(lián)系海底采礦車和水面采礦船的中間環(huán)節(jié)和海底礦石運輸通道。本文對礦漿泵水力提升系統(tǒng)的關鍵技術和關鍵裝備進行研究,提出了粗顆粒海底礦石漿體在提升管道中的流動模型和理論,并提出了具有通過粗顆粒、高揚程、軸向流、能回流特性的礦漿泵的高比轉數(shù)混流泵型和技術以及礦漿泵放大流量、等功率設計理論,得到了試驗室礦漿試驗、海底礦石提升海上試驗的驗證,應用這些理論和技術對海洋礦產資源商業(yè)開采礦漿泵水力提升系統(tǒng)進行了改進。

Abstract:The lift system, acting as the passage for the transportation of the seabed ore, is the intermediate part between the seabed mining vehicles and surface mining vessels. This paper focused on the key technologies and equipment for the slurry pump hydraulic lifting system, a flow model and theory for lift coarse particle slurry were put forward. It is proposed that slurry pump is a kind of mixed flow pump with high specific speed, which can pass the coarse particles with high lift head and with axial flow and backflow. The theories for increasing the flow rate design, as well as the equal power design for it were also elaborated, which were all tested with slurry in the laboratory and also verified in the sea-test for pumping seabed mineral slurry. These theories and technologies have been applied to improve slurry pump lifting system for commercial mining of seabed mineral resources.
