摘 要: 大洋多金屬結(jié)核是一種復(fù)雜難選的多金屬氧化礦,本文以其為原料,開展了低溫氫還原-酸浸新工藝研究。首先考察了氫還原溫度、時間及氫氣流量等因素對有價金屬氧化物還原的影響,得出了優(yōu)化的還原工藝條件:還原溫度 600 ℃、時間90 min、氫氣流量 50 mL/min。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對優(yōu)化條件下的還原物料進(jìn)行浸出研究,考察了浸出溫度、時間、液固比、終點pH值、雙氧水和氧氣用量對有價金屬浸出的影響。結(jié)果表明:在浸出液固比6:1、溫度80 ℃、氧氣流量250 mL/min、浸出時間6 h、控制終點pH 1.5~2.0的條件下,Ni、Co、Cu、Mn浸出率分別達(dá)99.09%,98.35%,94.97%,98.58%,實現(xiàn)了多金屬結(jié)核中有價金屬的高效浸出。

Abstract:The ocean polymetallic nodule is a kind of complex polymetallic oxide that is difficult to concentrate. A new technology of low temperature hydrogen reduction-acid leaching was studied. Firstly, the effects of hydrogen reduction temperature, time and hydrogen flow rate on the oxidation reduction of each valuable metal were investigated. The optimal reduction process conditions were obtained at reduction temperature of 600 ℃, time of 90 min, and hydrogen flow rate of 50 mL/min. Under these conditions, the leaching process of reduced materials under optimized conditions was studied, and the effects of leaching temperature, leaching time, liquid-solid ratio, pH value, dosages of H2O2 and O2 on the leaching of valuable metals were investigated. The results show that, under the conditions of liquid-solid ratio 6:1, temperature 80 ℃, leaching time 6 h, pH 1.5-2.0 and oxygen flow rate 250 mL/min, the leaching rates of Ni, Co, Cu and Mn reach 99.09%, 98.35%, 94.97% and 98.58%, respectively, which realize the efficient leaching of valuable metals from polymetallic nodules.
