摘 要: 通過溶劑熱法在不同調(diào)節(jié)劑種類、濃度條件下制備UiO-66改性催化劑,并利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、熱重分析儀(TGA)等對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行表征。考察不同調(diào)節(jié)劑種類、濃度對(duì) UiO-66形貌、結(jié)構(gòu)組成以及選擇性催化還原(CO-SCR)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:UiO-66-HCl催化劑具有良好的脫硝性能和分散性以及更多的路易斯酸性位點(diǎn)和CUS(不飽和金屬位點(diǎn))。CO-SCR催化性能測試結(jié)果顯示,在對(duì)苯二甲酸(H2BDC)與調(diào)節(jié)劑的摩爾比為1:4,脫硝溫度為170 ℃時(shí),UiO-66-HCl脫硝率達(dá)到95%。

Abstract:UiO-66 modified catalysts were prepared by solvothermal method under different types and concentrations of regulators, and the characterization of the catalyst were detected by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The effects of different regulator types and concentrations on UiO-66 were investigated,including the morphology, structure and CO-SCR performance. The results show that UiO-66-HCl catalyst has better denitration performance and dispersibility, more Lewis acid sites and CUS (Coordinatively unsaturated sites).The CO-SCR performance of UiO-66-HCl shows that when the molar ratio of H2BDC to modifier is 1:4, the denitration rate reaches 95% at 170 ℃.
