NaCl/Na2CO3對(duì)BaZr0.8Y0.2O3-δ/ZnO質(zhì)子導(dǎo)體陶瓷的燒結(jié)性能和電導(dǎo)率的影響

摘 要: 擬通過添加燒結(jié)助劑(ZnO)和鈉鹽(NaCl/Na2CO3)來改善BaZr0.8Y0.2O3-δ質(zhì)子導(dǎo)體陶瓷的燒結(jié)性能和電導(dǎo)率。采用機(jī)械球磨混合結(jié)合高溫常壓燒結(jié)工藝制備BaZr0.8Y0.2O3-δ-ZnO-NaCl/Na2CO3質(zhì)子導(dǎo)體陶瓷,利用XRD、SEM、EDS和EIS等手段對(duì)燒結(jié)陶瓷的物相、微觀形貌、化學(xué)組成和電學(xué)性能進(jìn)行測試表征。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)燒結(jié)工藝為1450 ℃燒結(jié)保溫6 h且ZnO添加量達(dá)到2%(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí),BZY-2%ZnO陶瓷的致密度和線收縮率分別為95.25%和16.76%,其晶粒尺寸大小約0.8~1 μm。當(dāng)燒結(jié)工藝為1400 ℃燒結(jié)保溫4 h且NaCl和Na2CO3添加量分別為5%時(shí),BZY-2%ZnO-5%NaCl和BZY-2%ZnO-5%Na2CO3陶瓷的致密度分別為96.71%和97.47%,線收縮率分別為17.89%和19.78%。在濕潤空氣中,當(dāng)測試溫度為700 ℃時(shí),BZY-2%ZnO-10%Na2CO3和BZY-2%ZnO-10%NaCl陶瓷的電導(dǎo)率分別為3.124×10-3 S/cm和2.505×10-3 S/cm,而未添加NaCl和Na2CO3的BZY-2%ZnO陶瓷的電導(dǎo)率僅為1.292×10-3 S/cm。添加NaCl和Na2CO3可以提高BZY-2%ZnO陶瓷的燒結(jié)性能和電導(dǎo)率。

Effects of NaCl/Na2CO3 on sintering performance and electrical conductivity of BaZr0.8Y0.2O3/ZnO proton conducting ceramic

Abstract:The sintering properties and electrical conductivity of BaZr0.8Y0.2O3-δ proton conducting ceramic can improve by adding sintering aids (ZnO) and sodium salts (NaCl/Na2CO3).The BaZr0.8Y0.2O3-δ-ZnO-NaCl/Na2CO3 proton conducting ceramic was prepared by mechanical ball milling combined with high temperature sintering in air atmosphere. The phase, micro-morphology, chemical composition and electrical properties of the sintered ceramics were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS and EIS, respectively. The results show that, when the sintering process is 1450 ℃ for 6 h and the content of ZnO addition reaches 2% (mole fraction), the relative density and linear shrinkage of BZY-2%ZnO ceramic are 95.25% and 16.76%, respectively, and the grains in the sizes of approximately 0.8-1 μm. When the sintering process is 1400 ℃ for 4 h and the content of NaCl and Na2CO3 addition are 5%, respectively, the relative densities of BZY-2%ZnO-5%NaCl and BZY-2%ZnO-5%Na2CO3 ceramics are 96.71% and 97.47%, the linear shrinkages are 17.89% and 19.78%, respectively. In moist air, when the measurement temperature is 700 ℃, the electrical conductivity of BZY-2%ZnO-10%Na2CO3 and BZY-2%ZnO-10%NaCl ceramics are 3.124×10-3 S/cm and 2.505×10-3 S/cm, respectively, while that of BZY-2%ZnO ceramic without NaCl and Na2CO3 addition is only 1.292×10-3 S/cm. The addition of NaCl and Na2CO3 can enhance the sintering properties and electrical conductivity of BZY-2%ZnO ceramic.
