摘 要: 亞穩(wěn)β鈦合金的力學(xué)性能與其變形機(jī)制密切相關(guān)。在穩(wěn)定性很高的β基體中位錯(cuò)滑移是唯一的變形機(jī)制,而隨著β基體穩(wěn)定性的降低,除位錯(cuò)滑移之外的其他變形機(jī)制如{112} 變形孿晶、應(yīng)力誘發(fā)β→ω相變、{332} 變形孿晶以及應(yīng)力誘發(fā)β→α″相變等變形機(jī)制會(huì)逐漸產(chǎn)生。這些變形機(jī)制可以導(dǎo)致孿晶/相變誘導(dǎo)塑性的效應(yīng),能顯著提高相應(yīng)合金的加工硬化率和塑性。近年來關(guān)于這些變形機(jī)制的研究取得了重要進(jìn)展,不同變形機(jī)制之間尤其是變形孿晶與應(yīng)力誘發(fā)相變之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系被揭示出來,為現(xiàn)有合金的性能優(yōu)化和新型合金的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)提供了重要的理論指導(dǎo)。本文綜述了這些研究進(jìn)展,并對其中存在的一些不足進(jìn)行了分析。

Abstract:The deformation behavior of metastable β titanium alloys is dependent on their deformation mechanisms. In fully stable β titanium alloys, dislocation slip is the only deformation mechanism, while additional deformation mechanisms such as {112} twinning, stress-induced β→ω transformation, {332} twinning and stress-induced β→α″ transformation occur with the decrease of β phase stability. In recent years great progress has been made in the study of these deformation mechanisms. The relationship between different deformation mechanisms, especially that between deformation twinning and stress-induced phase transformation, was revealed. In the present paper, the relative studies were reviewed and our perspective on the direction of future research efforts was provided.
