摘 要: 針對鎂合金表面單一水滑石膜開裂嚴重的問題，采用植酸對其進行后處理，制備水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜。利用掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀、傅里葉紅外光譜儀及電化學(xué)實驗等分析手段，研究植酸pH值對水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜微觀形貌、組織成分以及電化學(xué)性能的影響，探討水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜的成膜機制。結(jié)果表明：植酸后處理可以改善膜層裂紋，植酸pH值影響水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜的致密性及化學(xué)組成；當(dāng)植酸溶液的pH值為7時，水滑石/植酸復(fù)合膜最致密，膜層耐腐蝕性最優(yōu)。

Abstract:In view of the serious cracking of the single hydrotalcite film on the surface of magnesium alloy, the hydrotalcite/phytic acid (LDHs/PA) film was prepared by phytic acid post-treatment. The morphology, chemical composition and electrochemical property of the film were studied by means of SEM, XRD, FT-IR and electrochemical experiments. The formation mechanism of the film was discussed. The results show that the phytic acid post-treatment can improve the crack of the LDHs film. The pH value of phytic acid has effects on the compactness and chemical composition of the LDHs/PA film. When the pH value of phytic acid is 7, the LDHs/PA film is the densest and the corrosion resistance is the best.
