時(shí)效制度對(duì)2050鋁鋰合金微觀組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

摘 要: 通過(guò)金相顯微分析(OM)、掃描電鏡觀察(SEM)、透射電鏡觀察(TEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、顯微硬度測(cè)試、拉伸性能測(cè)試和斷裂韌性測(cè)試,研究不同時(shí)效制度對(duì)2050鋁鋰合金組織及性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:2050鋁鋰合金的最佳時(shí)效制度為(145 ℃,80 h)。T8態(tài)合金峰時(shí)效的主要析出相為T(mén)1相和S相,其中主要強(qiáng)化相為尺寸細(xì)小彌散分布的T1相,合金強(qiáng)化效果較好。實(shí)驗(yàn)合金經(jīng)時(shí)效處理后存在明顯的各向異性,合金沿軋制方向的屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度最高。隨著時(shí)效溫度升高,合金斷裂韌性下降。

Effect of aging treatment on microstructures and properties of 2050 aluminum lithium alloy

Abstract:The effects of aging process on the microstructure and properties of 2050 Al-Cu-Li alloy were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, hardness tests, tensile properties tests and fracture toughness tests. The results show that the optimum aging treatment is determined as (145 ℃, 80 h). The main precipates of the alloy in T8 temper are T1 phase and S phase at peak aging. The number of S phase is very small and the main strengthenning phase is T1 phase and the strengthening effect is better. The anisotropy during aging treatment for 2050 Al-Li alloy shows that, the yield strength and tensile strength of rolling orientation are the highest. With the increase of temperature, the fracture toughness of alloy decreases.
