摘 要: 將水溶性羧甲基殼聚糖(C-Cs)作為石墨負(fù)極粘結(jié)劑，通過測試首次充放電性能、循環(huán)性能和倍率性能以及循環(huán)前后形貌的變化，并與聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)作為石墨負(fù)極粘結(jié)劑的性能進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明：使用7%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))C-Cs粘結(jié)劑的石墨負(fù)極在0.5C(1C可逆比容量為372 mA？h/g)倍率下循環(huán)400個(gè)周期后，可逆比容量為312 mA？h/g，10C倍率充放電測試下的可逆比容量為252 mA？h/g；經(jīng)過100次循環(huán)之后，使用10%C-Cs粘結(jié)劑的石墨負(fù)極與使用PVDF為粘結(jié)劑的石墨負(fù)極相比，其交流阻抗有所降低，有助于電極比容量的提高和循環(huán)性能的改善。

Abstract:The water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan (C-Cs) was used as binder for graphite anode in lithium-ion batteries. The electrochemical performance of graphite anode using C-Cs as binder was studied by rate performance, cycling stability and the morphology of the graphite anode. The discharge capacity of graphite anodes with 7% C-Cs binder maintains 312 mA？h/g over 400 cycles at 0.5C (1C: 372 mA/g) and exhibits an excellent capacity 252 mA？h/g at a high-rate of 10C. The resistance of the graphite anode using 10%C-Cs as binder is reduced compared with that of 10% PVDF after 100 cycles, which helps to improve the specific capacitance and cycle performance.
