電磁處理對(duì)TC11合金組織性能的影響

摘 要: 研究了脈沖磁場(chǎng)、脈沖電流、脈沖電磁處理對(duì)未變形TC11合金組織、晶格參數(shù)、位錯(cuò)、顯微硬度的影響。結(jié)果表明:處理后合金中初生α相含量均增大,脈沖電流、脈沖電磁處理后合金中α相分別增加4%和3%(體積分?jǐn)?shù)),表示外場(chǎng)引入額外相變驅(qū)動(dòng)力促進(jìn)β相轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)棣料唷C}沖電磁處理后α相軸比c/a均增大,表明促進(jìn)Al等元素在α相中固溶,α相得到強(qiáng)化。材料經(jīng)脈沖電磁處理后,合金中位錯(cuò)纏結(jié)減少,表面顯微硬度較初始材料下降2.6%。脈沖電流、脈沖磁場(chǎng)、脈沖電磁場(chǎng)處理并未使材料產(chǎn)生變形,可通過影響材料組織結(jié)構(gòu)和位錯(cuò)的運(yùn)動(dòng)來實(shí)現(xiàn)材料性能調(diào)控。

Effects of electromagnetic treatment on microstructures and properties of TC11 titanium alloy

Abstract:The effects of magnetic field(M), electropulsing(E) and electromagnetic(EM) treatment on the microstructure , lattice parameter, dislocations and microhardness of the undeformed solid TC11 alloy were investigated . The results show that the volume fractions of primary α phase increase by 4% and 3%, respectively, after E and EM treatment, indicating that the external fields can provide additional driving force for the phase transformation of β to α. The axis ratio c/a of α phase increases after the treatments, implying strengthened α phase by solid solution. Meanwhile, the dislocation entanglement density decreases and the surface microhardness is reduced after the EM treatment. A 2.6% decrease in hardness is produced. The presented study shows external field treatment can impose significant influence on the properties of the materials by altering microstructures and movement of dislocations of the material.
