摘 要: 利用紫外光譜、紅外光譜、拉曼光譜分析方法,研究添加不同濃度甘露醇的鋁酸鈉溶液( =1.55,c(Na2O)=100 g/L)結(jié)構(gòu)變化及自發(fā)分解過程。結(jié)果表明:添加甘露醇后,鋁酸鈉溶液分解過程中,位于260 nm處(Al2O(OH)62-)的紫外吸收峰變化明顯;位于620、540和720 cm-1處(Al(OH)4-、Al2O(OH)62-)的拉曼散射峰和位于720 cm-1處(Al(OH)4-)紅外吸收峰強度均減弱。結(jié)合量子化學(xué)計算,發(fā)現(xiàn)甘露醇通過氫鍵與Al(OH)4-、Al2O(OH)62-相互作用,從而抑制鋁酸鈉溶液分解。

Abstract:Ultraviolet spectrum, infrared spectrum, Raman spectrum were used to investigate the structure change and the spontaneous decomposition of sodium aluminate solution ( =1.55, c(Na2O)=100 g/L) by adding different concentrations of mannitol. The results show that the UV absorption peak at 260 nm (Al2O(OH)62-) changes obviously in the decomposition process of sodium aluminate solution with mannitol. The intensities of the Raman scattering peaks at 620, 540 and 720 cm-1 referring to Al(OH)4- and Al2O(OH)62- and that of the IR absorption peak at 720 cm-1 referring to Al(OH)4- are reduced. Combing with quantum chemical calculation, it can be concluded that mannitol is interacted with Al(OH)4- and Al2O(OH)62- through hydrogen bonding, so as to inhibit the decomposition of sodium aluminate solution.
