Ti基IrO2+Ta2O5梯度化涂層電極的制備及其電催化性能

摘 要: 以Ta2O5為底層,將不同摩爾比的Ir-Ta前驅(qū)體溶液依次涂敷在Ti基體表面,制備了一種Ti/IrO2+Ta2O5梯度化涂層電極。通過掃面電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能譜測(cè)試儀(EDS)和X射線衍射測(cè)試儀(XRD)分別考察電極表面涂層的形貌、元素和物相組成,采用線性掃描伏安曲線(LSV)、恒電流極化曲線和強(qiáng)化壽命測(cè)試方法分別研究電極的析氧電催化活性和穩(wěn)定性,考察底層厚度和梯度化活性層厚度配比對(duì)電極壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明:在相同的活性組分IrO2擔(dān)載量下,與采用傳統(tǒng)方法制備的Ti/IrO2+Ta2O5電極相比,Ti/IrO2+Ta2O5梯度化涂層電極具有更優(yōu)越的電催化活性和穩(wěn)定性。

Preparation of titanium based IrO2+Ta2O5 gradient coating anodes and their electrocatalytic properties

Abstract:An IrO2+Ta2O5/Ti gradient coating anode using Ta2O5 as the under-layer was prepared by modified technology, the precursor solutions with different molar rations of Ir to Ta were coated on titanium, respectively. The micrograph, element composition and phase structure of the coating were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, energy disperse X-ray spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry, respectively. The electrocatalytic activity and electrochemical stability of the coating for O2 evolution reaction were also characterized by linear sweep voltammetry, chronopotentiometry and accelerating life test, respectively. The effects of the thickness of the under-layer and the thickness ration of the various gradient coatings on the accelerated life of the anodes for O2 evolution reaction were investigated. The results show that, for the same loading mass of IrO2, the IrO2+Ta2O5/Ti gradient coating anodes exhibit higher electrocatalytic activity and electrochemical stability comparing with the IrO2+Ta2O5/Ti anodes prepared by the traditional method.
