摘 要: 采用單因素實驗法研究了硫磷混酸分解黑鎢礦浸出過程中的動力學(xué)過程,考察攪拌速度、礦物粒度、反應(yīng)溫度、硫酸濃度和磷酸濃度對黑鎢礦浸出速率的影響。結(jié)果表明:黑鎢礦在該體系中的浸出過程可用Avrami方程描述,其模型特征參數(shù)為0.83,反應(yīng)的表觀活化能為67.54 kJ/mol,屬化學(xué)反應(yīng)控制,建立硫磷混酸浸出黑鎢礦的反應(yīng)動力學(xué)方程。

Abstract:The leaching kinetics of wolframite with sulfuric-phosphoric acid were studied by single factor method. The effects of process parameters, such as stirring speed, particle size, temperature, as well as the concentrations of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid were investigated in order to simulate the kinetics of wolframite dissolution. The results show that the leaching process can be described by Avrami model, with the chemical reaction as the controlling step, the model parameter is determined to be 0.83, the apparent activation energy is calculated as 67.54 kJ/mol, and the kinetics equation for wolframite leaching with sulfuric-phosphoric acid is established.
