多孔Er-TiO2薄膜的制備及其光催化性能

摘 要: 以水溶性殼聚糖(WSC)為添加劑、五水硝酸鉺為鉺源,采用本課題組研發(fā)的浸漬/旋轉法在石英玻璃片上制備一系列Er-TiO2多孔薄膜,考察涂膜層數(1~4)、煅燒溫度(550~650 ℃)、煅燒時間(0.5~3 h)以及WSC含量(0~0.05% (質量分數))對薄膜結構及性質的影響,并利用XRD、SEM、EDX、TG-DTG和BET等技術對薄膜的結構進行表征,通過甲基橙溶液的光催化降解反應評價其光催化性能。結果表明:當溶膠中WSC的添加量為0.04%(質量分數),涂膜層數為3層,煅燒溫度為550 ℃,煅燒時間為1 h時,在模擬可見光下,薄膜對7.8 mg/L的甲基橙溶液光催化反應進行6 h,催化降解率可達到64.6%。

Preparation of porous Er-TiO2 films and their photocatalytic performance

Abstract:The porous Er-TiO2 films were prepared using water-soluble chitosan (WSC) as addictive, Er(NO3)3·5H2O as source of Er element we created by dip/spin-coating method. The effects of the preparation parameters, including the number of coating layers (1-4), calcination temperature (550-650 ℃), calcination time (0.5-3 h) and the content of WSC in sol (0-0.05% (mass fraction)) on the structure and performance of the films were investigated. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), thermal analysis (TG-DTG) and nitrogen adsorption method (BET). The photocatalytic degradation reaction of methyl orange was chosen to evaluate the photocatalytic performance. The results show that the highest quality film is obtained by sol with 0.04% (mass fraction) of WSC, 3 layers, the calcination temperature of 550 ℃, and calcination time of 1 h. With this film, the degradation rate of 7.8 mg/L methyl orange solution reaches up to 64.6% under simulated solar light after 6h photocatalytic reaction.
