B對(duì)Fe94-xNb6Bx非晶合金熱穩(wěn)定性、軟磁性能和電阻率的影響

摘 要: 采用單輥甩帶法制備Fe94-xNb6Bx (x=13, 15, 17)(摩爾分?jǐn)?shù),x %)非晶合金,并用X射線衍射儀(XRD)、差示掃描量熱分析儀(DSC)、振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)(VSM)和四探針測試儀等研究B含量對(duì)其熱穩(wěn)定性、軟磁性能和電阻率的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:Fe94-xNb6Bx非晶合金的晶化過程分兩個(gè)階段進(jìn)行,F(xiàn)e77B6Nb17合金具有高熱穩(wěn)定性和良好的非晶形成能力,其晶化起始溫度Tx1為864 K,過冷液相區(qū)ΔTx、Trg和γ分別為48 K、0.524和0.359。Fe94-xNb6Bx非晶合金的飽和磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度為80~108 A?m2/kg,電阻率為122~133 μΩ?cm。合金的非晶形成能力和電阻率隨B含量的增加而增加,軟磁性能則隨B含量的增加呈先增大后減小的趨勢。Fe94-xNb6Bx非晶合金較高的非晶形成能力、優(yōu)良的軟磁性能和高電阻率使得其可以作為一種功能材料來使用。

Influence of B on thermal stability, soft magnetic properties and electrical resistivity of Fe94-xNb6Bx glassy alloys

Abstract:Fe94-xNb6Bx (x=13, 15, 17) (mole fraction, x%) amorphous alloys were prepared by melt-spinning. The influence of B content on thermal stability, soft magnetic properties and electrical resistivity was investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) and four-point probe. DSC results indicate that the Fe94-xNb6Bx glassy alloys undergo two-stage crystallization events. The Fe77Nb6B17 glassy alloy exhibits high thermal stability and excellent glass forming ability, in which onset crystallization temperature (Tx1) is 864 K, and supercooled liquid region (ΔTx), Trg, γ are 48 K, 0.524, and 0.359, respectively. The saturation magnetization and electrical resistivity of the Fe94-xNb6Bx glassy alloys are 80-108 A?m2/kg and 122-133 μΩ?cm, respectively. With increasing the B content in the Fe94-xNb6Bx glassy alloys, the glass forming ability and electrical resistivity increase, while the soft magnetic properties firstly increase and then decrease. These newly developed Fe-based glassy alloys can be used as a functional material due to their high glass forming ability, excellent soft magnetic properties and good electrical resistivity.
