摘 要: 綜述金屬離子對礦物浮選行為的影響及機(jī)理,總結(jié)和分析直接因素(金屬離子種類、價(jià)態(tài)和濃度等)與間接因素(目的礦物類別、礦漿溶液化學(xué)條件(pH和電位)、浮選藥劑等)作用下,金屬離子對礦物浮選行為的影響規(guī)律。據(jù)此,探究特定礦漿溶液化學(xué)條件對金屬離子活化(抑制)礦物浮選的內(nèi)在原因,提出金屬離子影響礦物浮選行為的直接和間接作用機(jī)理,為理解金屬離子對礦物浮選行為的影響提供參考。

Abstract:The influence of metal ions on mineral flotation behavior and the underlying mechanisms were reviewed in this work. The relative direct factors (category, valence state and concentration of metal ions) and indirect factors (mineral of interest, solution pH and potential, and flotation reagent) were summarized and analyzed. Accordingly, the direct and indirect interaction mechanisms of the activation or depression effect of metal ions on mineral flotation were outlined, which improves better understanding of the role of metal ion in mineral flotation.
