摘 要: 采用不超過(guò)1 kW/kg的攪拌功率制備出7A04鋁合金大體積半固態(tài)漿料,研究澆注溫度、攪拌功率和攪拌時(shí)間對(duì)7A04鋁合金大體積半固態(tài)漿料組織的影響。結(jié)果表明:在本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,隨著澆注溫度的降低、攪拌功率的增加和攪拌時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),7A04鋁合金大體積半固態(tài)漿料初生α(Al)的晶粒尺寸變得細(xì)小,晶粒平均圓整度先增加后保持平穩(wěn);在澆注溫度650 ℃、名義攪拌功率0.6 kW/kg和攪拌時(shí)間40 s條件下可以制備出初生晶粒平均直徑為73.5 μm、平均圓整度為0.57的7A04大體積鋁合金半固態(tài)漿料。

Abstract:The large-volume semi-solid slurry of 7A04 aluminum alloy was prepared by electromagnetic stirring with power of less than 1 kW/kg, and the effects of pouring temperature, stirring power and stirring time on the slurry were investigated. The results indicate that primary α(Al) particles of large-volume semi-solid slurry of 7A04 aluminum alloy becomes finer, and average shape factor first increases and then keeps stable with decreasing pouring temperature, increasing stirring power and stirring time under the condition of this work. The large-volume semi-solid slurry of 7A04 aluminum alloy with primary α(Al) particles of average equivalent diameter of 73.5 μm and average shape factor of 0.57 is obtained under pouring temperature of 650℃, nominal stirring power of 0.6 kW/kg and stirring time of 40 s.
