錳離子濃度對(duì)氧化亞鐵硫桿菌生長動(dòng)力學(xué)的影響

摘 要: 考察不同初始ρ(Mn2+)條件下,氧化亞鐵硫桿菌(A.ferrooxidans)培養(yǎng)體系中Fe2+濃度的變化曲線和A.ferrooxidans菌的生長活性。結(jié)果表明:A.ferrooxidans菌對(duì)Mn2+具有一定的耐受能力;當(dāng)培養(yǎng)基中ρ(Mn2+)≤1 g/L時(shí),Mn2+對(duì)A.ferrooxidans菌生長活性影響很小;ρ(Mn2+)為5~15 g/L時(shí),A.ferrooxidans菌生長開始受到抑制;ρ(Mn2+)=20 g/L時(shí),A.ferrooxidans菌生長完全受到抑制。為了進(jìn)一步描述Mn2+對(duì)其生長活性的影響,利用[Fe2+]/[Fe3+]的比值及A.ferrooxidans菌對(duì)Fe2+的得率系數(shù)對(duì)不同Mn2+濃度下細(xì)菌的比生長速率進(jìn)行擬合,較好地描述Mn2+濃度對(duì)氧化亞鐵硫桿菌生長的影響。

Effect of manganese ion concentration on growth kinetics of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans

Abstract:Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans (A.ferroxidans) can be used for microbial leaching of manganese oxide, the impact of the different initial Mn2+ concentration on the activity of the growth of A.ferrooxidans was studied, and the bacterial growth and activity were obtained at different manganese ion concentrations. The results show that A.ferrooxidans is tolerant to Mn2+ some extent. The effect of Mn2+ on the growth and activity of A.ferrooxidans by Mn2+ is not bad when A.ferrooxidans are cultured in medium containing ρ(Mn2+)≤1 g/L. The growth and activity of A.ferrooxidans are obviously influenced by Mn2+ when ρ(Mn2+) is 5-15 g/L. When the concentration of Mn2+ is around 20 g/L, the growth and activity of A.ferrooxidans are completely inhibited. In orden to further describe the impact of Mn2+ on growth activity of A.ferrooxidans, [Fe2+]/[Fe3+] and the yield coefficient of Fe2+ on the specific growth rate of A.ferrooxidans in different concentrations of Mn2+ were fitted, the effect of Mn2+ concentration on the growth of A.ferrooxidans was described better.
