熱處理對(duì)Mg81Ni8Zn5Y6合金中長(zhǎng)周期結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

摘 要: 采用銅模鑄造法制備直徑為3 mm的Mg81Ni8Zn5Y6非晶復(fù)合材料,并分別在473和773 K條件下對(duì)材料等溫?zé)崽幚? h。采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、高分辨透射電子顯微鏡(HRTEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)等方法分別對(duì)鑄態(tài)、熱處理態(tài)復(fù)合材料的組織、相組成和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,研究長(zhǎng)周期(LPSO)相的熱穩(wěn)定性及不同長(zhǎng)周期(LPSO)結(jié)構(gòu)間的轉(zhuǎn)化過程。結(jié)果表明:鑄態(tài)Mg81Ni8Zn5Y6非晶復(fù)合材料的LPSO相為14H結(jié)構(gòu);473 K熱處理5 h后,LPSO相轉(zhuǎn)化為18R結(jié)構(gòu);773 K熱處理5 h后,LPSO相轉(zhuǎn)化為穩(wěn)定的6H結(jié)構(gòu);成分和熱處理溫度均對(duì)長(zhǎng)周期轉(zhuǎn)化類型有影響。

Effect of heat treatment on long-period stacking ordered structure of Mg81Ni8Zn5Y6 alloy

Abstract:Mg81Ni8Zn5Y6 amorphous matrix composites with 3 mm in diameter were fabricated by conventional Cu-mold casting method and the resultant samples were heat-treated at 473 and 773 K for 5 h, respectively. The microstructure, phase constituent and structure of the as-cast and the annealed samples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The thermal stability and the transformation process of different long-period stacking ordered (LPSO) structure were investigated. The results show that the LPSO structure in the as-cast sample, the (473 K, 5 h)-annealed sample and the (773 K, 5 h)- annealed sample are 14H, 18R and 6H, respectively. Furthermore, the LPSO structure formation is influenced by both the composition of the alloy and the temperature of heat treatment employed.
