Hank’s模擬體液中Ti-25Nb-3Mo-3Zr-2Sn與Ti-2.5Al-3Mo-2.5Zr合金的微磨損行為

摘 要: 采用TE66微磨粒磨損設(shè)備對醫(yī)用Ti-25Nb-3Mo-3Zr-2Sn (TLM)和Ti-2.5Al-3Mo-2.5Zr(TAMZ)鈦合金在Hank’s模擬人體體液中的微磨損行為進(jìn)行研究;考慮到載荷及磨粒濃度的影響,通過觀察磨斑形貌建立合金磨損機(jī)制圖,并結(jié)合磨損體積建立材料優(yōu)選圖。結(jié)果表明:載荷增加致使單個磨粒所承受應(yīng)力增加,導(dǎo)致合金磨損體積隨載荷增加而增加;合金磨損體積亦隨磨粒濃度增加而增加;TLM合金中含有細(xì)小αs相致使其磨損體積較小。合金的摩擦因數(shù)均隨載荷增加而增加,隨磨粒濃度增加而降低,同等條件下TAMZ合金的摩擦因數(shù)要大。本實驗條件下TLM合金的耐微磨損性能優(yōu)于TAMZ合金的。磨損后TLM合金所呈現(xiàn)出來的磨損機(jī)制為二體和混合磨損機(jī)制,而TAMZ合金則呈二體、混合和三體磨損機(jī)制。TLM合金在本實驗條件下可選擇的范圍比TAMZ的大。

Micro-scale wear behavior of biomedical material Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-25Nb and Ti-2.5Al-3Mo-2.5Zr alloy in hank’s solution

Abstract:The micro-scale wear behaviors of biomedical titanium alloys Ti-3Zr-2Sn-3Mo-25Nb (TLM) and Ti-2.5Al-3Mo-2.5Zr (TAMZ) in Hank’s solution were studied by using the TE66 machine. The load and abrasive concentration were considered. The results show that the wear volumes of the two alloys increase with increasing load and abrasive concentration. The wear volume of TAMZ alloy is bigger. The friction coefficients of the two alloys increase with increasing load and decrease with increasing abrasive concentration, and the friction coefficient of TLM alloy is lower. Through observation the wear scar of the two alloys, the TLM alloy presents two-body wear and mixed-wear mechanism, the TAMZ alloy presents two-body, mixed and three-body wear mechanism. From the map of selected material, the chosen field of the TLM alloy is broader than that of the TAMZ alloy.
