摘 要: 鋁冶煉過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量鋁灰,鋁灰中AlN對(duì)其綜合利用和安全處置會(huì)產(chǎn)生顯著影響。在系統(tǒng)分析AlN水解熱力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)上,以再生鋁生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的鋁灰為原料,運(yùn)用Design Expert軟件設(shè)計(jì)二次正交旋轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn),研究鋁灰中AlN的水解特征。結(jié)果表明:在303~373 K的溫度范圍內(nèi),鋁灰中AlN的水解自發(fā)進(jìn)行;液固比和水解時(shí)間對(duì)水解pH影響顯著(P<0.01);水解溫度和液固比間的交互作用影響明顯(P<0.01)。水解pH值與水解溫度、液固比和水解時(shí)間的二次回歸方程理論預(yù)測(cè)值與試驗(yàn)值相對(duì)誤差僅為1%,可以用來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)和指導(dǎo)鋁灰中AlN水解行為。

Abstract:A large quantities of aluminum dross are produced from aluminum smelting activities. The reuse or disposal of the dross is significantly affected by AlN in aluminum dross. The hydrolysis thermo-dynamic behaviors of AlN in the aluminum dross were studied through the Design Expert for two orthogonal rotational experiments, which is from the recycled aluminum process. The results show that the hydrolysis reaction of AlN in aluminum dross is spontaneous at the temperature from 303 K to 373 K. The pH value in hydrolysis system is significantly affected by the liquid-solid ratio (L/S ratio) and reaction time (P<0.01), respectively. The interaction between reaction temperature and L/S ratio is significant (P<0.01). Based on the quadratic regression equation between the pH of hydrolysis system and the parameters, such as hydrolysis temperature, L/S ratio and hydrolysis time, the relative error between the theoretical value and the trial value is only 1%, and the result shows that it is reliable to prospective the hydrolysis behaviors of AlN in aluminum dross.
