摘 要: 以魯?shù)槲⒓毩*毩€y礦石為研究對象,采用巖礦鑒定、化學分析及X射線衍射分析(XRD)對原礦的礦物學性質進行研究。并采用活性炭吸附浮選法對銀礦物進行回收。采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)及能譜儀(EDS)對活性炭吸附浮選的機理進行分析。結果表明:開路試驗中銀精礦產率由3.19%降低到1.03%,銀品位由1485.37 g/t升高到4736.52 g/t。通過閉路試驗可以獲得銀品位為4116.73 g/t,銀精礦回收率為54.83%。

Abstract:Single silver ore is difficult to be utilized. The micro-fine grained single silver ore in Ludian was investigated. Optical microscopy analysis, chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were used to study the mineralogy of raw ore. Activated carbon adsorption flotation was used to recover silver minerals. The adsorption flotation mechanism of activated carbon was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). ?The results show that the yield of silver concentrate reduces from 3.19% to 1.03%, and the grade of silver increases from 1485.37 g/t to 4736.52 g/t in open circuit flotation. A silver concentrate with 4116.73 g/t of Ag grade and a recovery of 54.83% is obtained through the closed circuit test.
