含銀硬質(zhì)涂層高溫摩擦學(xué)性能的研究進(jìn)展

摘 要: 貴金屬銀具有優(yōu)異的固體潤滑性能,常被用于關(guān)鍵機(jī)械零部件表面硬質(zhì)防護(hù)涂層的摩擦學(xué)改性。近年來,航空、航天等技術(shù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了含銀硬質(zhì)涂層在高溫工況下的大量應(yīng)用。貴金屬銀在含銀硬質(zhì)涂層中主要以銀單質(zhì)和銀的二元金屬氧化物AgTMxOy等形式發(fā)揮作用。闡述了銀單質(zhì)和AgTMxOy在硬質(zhì)涂層中的高溫自潤滑機(jī)理,分析了銀類潤滑材料和其他固體潤滑劑之間的協(xié)同作用,歸納了金屬銀在硬質(zhì)涂層中的幾點(diǎn)優(yōu)異特性,即較快的擴(kuò)散速率、較好的熱化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性和較弱的Ag—O鍵等;展望了含銀硬質(zhì)涂層的未來研究方向。

Research progress of high-temperature tribologicalproperties of silver-containing hard coatings

Abstract:Silver as noble metal is a reliable solid lubricant usually used in the hard and protective coatings of Key mechanical components to improve their tribological properties. Recently, the wide applications of silver-containing hard coatings in elevated temperature are accelerated strongly by the further development of aerospace industrial, especially. The element silver contained in hard coatings functions in the form of simple substance of Ag and Ag-based binary transition metal oxides (i.e. AgTMxOy). The main focus is on the high temperature self-lubricating mechanisms of simple substance of Ag and/or AgTMxOy when they are doped or oxidized in hard coatings. The excellent synergism between solid lubricants of simple substance of Ag and/or AgTMxOy and other lubricant components was analyzed. Then, several desirable characteristics of Ag element contained in hard coatings (faster diffusion rate, superior thermal and chemical stability and weaker Ag-O bond) were summed up when the coatings were under the condition of high temperature friction and wear testing. At last, the research prospect was put forward. This can provide a reference for the research and application of silver-containing hard coatings.
