摘 要: 利用高剪切壓電系數(shù),設(shè)計并制作并聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)d15模式PZT-51懸臂梁裝置,測量其在不同負載電阻下輸出峰-峰值電壓和輸出功率隨頻率變化的關(guān)系以及不同負載電阻下共振瞬時輸出電壓和振動激勵電壓與輸出峰-峰值電壓關(guān)系。當頻率為96 Hz、負載電阻為100 kΩ時,該PZT-51懸臂梁裝置的輸出峰-峰值電壓最大值為1.96 V,輸出功率達到最大為19.21 μW。隨著振動激勵電壓的增大,并聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)d15模式PZT-51懸臂梁裝置的輸出峰-峰值電壓隨之增大,并聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)d15模式PZT-51懸臂梁俘能特性的研究可為設(shè)計d15模式壓電俘能器提供指導(dǎo)。

Abstract:Utilizing the high shear piezoelectric coefficient of PZT-51 ceramic, the parallel connection device of d15 mode PZT-51 cantilever beam was designed and fabricated. The dependences of output peak-to-peak voltage and output power on frequency were studied at various load resistances. The dependence of peak-to-peak voltage on excitation voltage and the resonance transient output voltage were measured at various load resistances. Maximum output peak-to-peak voltage of 1.96 V and maximum output power of 19.21 μW for PEH with load resistance of 100 kΩ are obtained at frequency of 96 Hz. With increasing vibration excitation voltage, the output peak-to-peak voltage of PEH increases. The proposed structure will provide useful guidelines for the design of d15 mode piezoelectric energy harvesters.
