摘 要: 多孔碳化硅(SiC)陶瓷具有力學(xué)性能優(yōu)異、耐腐蝕、耐高溫和熱導(dǎo)率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在冶金、化工、環(huán)保和能源等領(lǐng)域擁有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。綜述多孔SiC陶瓷的孔隙特性、力學(xué)性能和導(dǎo)熱性能;將常用的多孔SiC陶瓷制備方法分為4類并加以闡述,即顆粒堆積燒結(jié)法、模板法、添加造孔劑法和直接發(fā)泡成形法;介紹多孔SiC陶瓷的應(yīng)用;展望多孔SiC陶瓷的發(fā)展方向。

Abstract:Porous silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic has broad application prospects in metallurgy, chemical industry, environmental protection, and energy due to its advantages, including excellent mechanical properties, high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. The porosity characteristic, mechanical properties and heat-conducting property of porous ceramic were reviewed. In addition, the fabrication methods of porous SiC ceramic were elaborated to four kinds: partial sintering, replica, sacrificial template, and direct foaming. The applications of porous SiC ceramic were introduced, and its research directions were predicted.
