酸浸濃度對(duì)高鈦酸浸渣光催化活性的影響

摘 要: 以低濃度硫酸、高鈦渣為原料,采用高能球磨復(fù)合水熱法,在不同酸浸濃度下合成高鈦酸浸渣(ALHTS)光催化劑。利用X射線熒光光譜(XRF)、X射線衍射(XRD)、傅立葉紅外(FTIR)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、氮?dú)馕?脫附等溫線、差熱-熱重(TG-DTA)、紫外可見(jiàn)漫反射光譜(DRS)和光致發(fā)光譜(PL)分析等對(duì)ALHTS催化劑的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進(jìn)行分析和表征。在不同酸浸濃度下,通過(guò)甲基橙的脫色率來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)ALHTS催化劑的光催化活性。結(jié)果表明: 當(dāng)酸浸濃度為20%時(shí),由于鈣鈦礦含量較高,ALHTS催化劑的硫酸鈣含量較低,BET的比表面積最大,在紫 外-可見(jiàn)區(qū)域的光吸收能力最大,電子-空穴對(duì)具有較低的再?gòu)?fù)合率。因此,ALHTS催化劑有較高的光催化活性。采用汞燈光照30 min,不調(diào)pH時(shí)甲基橙廢水脫色率達(dá)到87.03%。

Effects of leaching concentration on photocatalytic activity of acid leaching residue of high titanium slag

Abstract:Acid leaching of high titanium slag (ALHTS) photocatalysts under different acid concentrations were prepared by the high energy ball milling method combining with hydrothermal method using high titanium slag and dilute sulphuric acid as the starting materials. The structure and performance of ALHTS photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms, TG-DTA, diffuse reflectance spectrophotometry (DRS) and photoluminescence (PL) methods. The photocatalytic activity of ALHTS photocatalysts under different acid concentrations was checked by the photocatalytic oxidation of methyl orange as a model compound under UV-vis light irradiation. The results show that, ALHTS catalysts acid leached by 20% sulphuric acid exhibit the highest photocatalytic activity, which can be attributed to the synergic effect of higher content of perovskite, the largest BET specific surface area and UV-visible absorption capacity, and the lower recombination rate of the electron-hole pairs. The decoloration rate of methyl orange without adjusting pH reaches 87.3% under mercury lamp irradiation for 30 min.
