網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu)高孔率泡沫鈦的特性

摘 要: 網(wǎng)狀泡沫鈦屬于彈脆性多孔材料,其壓縮曲線的平臺區(qū)為鋸齒形,并在總體上呈緩慢增長的趨勢;其平臺區(qū)結(jié)束的極限應(yīng)變較大,且密實化階段的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線不是那么陡峭。采用浸漿燒結(jié)法制備獲得了一種孔率在85%~90%之間、孔徑分布在1~3 mm之間的網(wǎng)狀泡沫鈦。結(jié)果表明:該泡沫鈦制品的熱導(dǎo)率隨著樣品孔率的提高而明顯地減小,且總體上具有良好的隔熱性能,孔率為87%~89%的試樣的室溫?zé)釋?dǎo)率為0.4~0.8 W/(m·K)。此外,還測試該泡沫鈦試樣在200~6300 Hz聲頻范圍內(nèi)的吸聲系數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)其第一共振頻率出現(xiàn)在4000 Hz左右,此時試樣的吸聲系數(shù)達到約0.9。

Characteristic of highly porous foamed titanium with netlike structure

Abstract:The foamed titanium belongs to the elastic-brittle material, and its compression curve has a hackle-like plateau and rise slowly. The terminal strain is quite large when this plateau ends, and the stress-strain curve in the densification stage is not so steep. A sort of reticulated foamed titanium with porosity of 85%-90% and pore diameter of 1-3 mm was prepared by the organic foam impregnating method. The results show that the thermal conductivity decreases markedly with increasing porosity for this foamed titanium, which performs a good heat-insulation. The room-temperature thermal conductivity of the sample with 87%-89% porosity is 0.4-0.8 W/(m·K). In addition, the sound absorption coefficient of this foamed titanium is also measured in 200-6300 Hz, the first resonant frequency occurs at about 4000 Hz, and the sound absorption coefficient reaches up to 0.9.
