摘 要: 概述微波燒結技術制備硬質合金的發(fā)展現狀。綜述微波加熱技術制備硬質合金的工藝特點、微波加熱硬質合金壓坯的機理、微波燒結硬質合金中存在的問題以及合金壓坯在微波燒結過程中發(fā)生局部液相燒結機理。展望微波燒結技術在硬質合金制備中的應用前景。

Abstract:The current situation of microwave sintering in cemented carbide preparation was briefly introduced. The process characteristics of microwave heating for the preparation of cemented carbide, mechanisms of microwave heating for cemented carbide composites, problems of microwave application in cemented carbide production and mechanisms of local liquid phase sintering during the microwave preparation were reviewed. The application potentials of microwave sintering for the preparation of cemented carbide were put forward.
