基于均勻化方法的鎢絲增強(qiáng)鋯基塊體非晶復(fù)合材料等效彈性常數(shù)預(yù)測(cè)

摘 要: 基于鎢絲增強(qiáng)鋯基塊體非晶復(fù)合材料結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及均勻化方法,建立計(jì)算該復(fù)合材料等效彈性常數(shù)的理論模型;結(jié)合有限單元法對(duì)鎢絲增強(qiáng)鋯基塊體非晶復(fù)合材料等效彈性常數(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算;分析增強(qiáng)相的體積分?jǐn)?shù)或尺寸對(duì)鎢絲增強(qiáng)鋯基塊體非晶復(fù)合材料有效性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:將均勻化理論與有限元方法相結(jié)合能有效地預(yù)測(cè)具有周期性細(xì)觀結(jié)構(gòu)的塊體非晶復(fù)合材料的有效彈性性能,為合理設(shè)計(jì)該類(lèi)材料奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Homogenization-based approach for predicting equivalent elastic constants of tungsten fiber reinforced Zr-based bulk metallic glass matrix composites

Abstract:Based on the structural signature of tungsten-fiber reinforced Zr-based bulk metallic glass matrix composites (BMGMCs) and homogenization theory, a theoretical model for calculating their equivalent elastic constants was established. The equivalent elastic constants of these composites were predicted by the proposed model combined with the finite element analysis. The effects of the volume fraction and size of the reinforced phases on the effective properties of tungsten-fiber reinforced BMGMCs were further studied. The results demonstrate that a combined approach of the homogenization theory and the finite element formulation can effectively predict the elastic properties of tungsten-fiber reinforced BMGMCs with periodic meso-structure and thus, providing bases for the rational design of this kind of composite.
