摘 要: 采用原位反應(yīng)制得純凈的TiB2/7075鋁基復(fù)合材料,并經(jīng)保溫二彎通道擠壓成形制備半固態(tài)TiB2/7075復(fù)合材料。研究表明:在增強(qiáng)顆粒沖刷攪拌和對流的共同作用下,熔體迅速形核并球化;經(jīng)二彎石墨通道擠壓成形,3%TiB2/7075(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))鋁基復(fù)合材料晶粒尺寸達(dá)到35.9 μm,形狀因子為0.97;顆粒含量為4.5%時,晶粒尺寸達(dá)到22.53 μm,形狀因子為0.98;顆粒含量為6%時,晶粒尺寸達(dá)到28.0 μm,形狀因子為0.92。

Abstract:Novel reactive technique was employed in the synthesis of 7075 Al matrix composites, and TiB2/7075 semi-solid composites were prepared by rheocasting forming after flowed through two serpentine graphite channel. The results show that the combination of particles scouring and convection lead to nucleation and globalization of the grain. After the rheocasting process with two serpentime graphites, the mean grain size and shape factor of the 3%TiB2/7075 (mass fraction) composite are 35.7 μm and 0.97, respectively. The mean grain size and shape factor of the 4.5%TiB2/7075 composite and 6%TiB2/7075 composite are 22.53 μm, 0.98 and 28 μm, 0.92, respectively.
