摘 要: 以金屬硝酸鹽為原料,乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)為絡(luò)合劑,采用溶膠-凝膠法制備YAG:Ce黃色熒光粉,利用X射線衍射儀、掃描電鏡、熒光分光光度計(jì)等檢測(cè)方法研究制備過(guò)程工藝參數(shù)對(duì)粉體結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和發(fā)光性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:EDTA絡(luò)合所得的凝膠經(jīng)1000 ℃煅燒就得到純的釔鋁石榴石相(YAG),其晶相轉(zhuǎn)變溫度比檸檬酸(CA)絡(luò)合劑溶膠-凝膠法的降低約200 ℃,且所得YAG:Ce熒光粉的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度隨著煅燒溫度升高而增大;凝膠經(jīng)1500 ℃高溫煅燒所得熒光粉的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度比檸檬酸(CA)絡(luò)合劑的提高66.2%,這是由粉體結(jié)晶度好、顆粒形貌更規(guī)整、呈球形且尺寸更加均勻所致;在原料液中添加Na2SO4 -K2SO4復(fù)合熔鹽后,凝膠經(jīng)1500 ℃煅燒后所得熒光粉發(fā)光強(qiáng)度比采用非熔鹽法所得熒光粉的增大約10%。

Abstract:Ce-doped Y3Al5O12 (YAG:Ce) yellow phosphors were synthesized by sol-gel method using metal nitrate as raw materials and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) as complexing agent. The effects of process parameters on the powder structure, morphology and photoluminescence were characterized by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence spectrophotometry, respectively. The results show that the pure YAG phase can be prepared by firing gel at 1000 ℃ for 2 h. Compared with the citric acid (CA) complexing agent sol-gel method, the YAG phase transition temperature of the gel with the EDTA complexing agent sol-gel method can be decreased by about 200 ℃. The luminescent intensity of the YAG:Ce phosphors increases as the heat temperature increasing because of phosphor with good crystalline and more regular spherical particle. When the gel is sintered at 1500 ℃, the luminescent intensity of the phosphor improves by 66.2% than that of phosphor with citric acid complexing agent, and the luminescent intensity of the phosphor with Na2SO4 -K2SO4 composite molten salt in reaction liquid can be increased by 10% than that prepared without molten salt method.
