摘 要: 通過(guò)X射線(xiàn)衍射和掃描電鏡,分析高鈦渣的物相結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn),研究原料粒度、硫酸氫銨與鈦渣質(zhì)量比、焙燒溫度和焙燒時(shí)間對(duì)TiO2提取率的影響。正交實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:各因素對(duì)二氧化鈦提取率的影響由大到小的順序?yàn)楸簾郎囟取⒈簾龝r(shí)間、硫酸氫銨與鈦渣質(zhì)量比。最佳的試驗(yàn)條件如下:硫酸氫銨與鈦渣質(zhì)量比4:1、焙燒溫度480 ℃、焙燒時(shí)間60 min、原料粒度45~53 μm。在最佳實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,TiO2的提取率可達(dá)到85%。

Abstract:By energy-dispersive X-ray and SEM analysis, the phase structural characteristics of high titanium slag were analyzed. Through single factor experiments, the effects of material particle size, mass ratio of ammonium bisulfate to ore, roasting temperature and roasting time on the extracting rate of TiO2 were investigated. The results of orthogonal experiments show that the sequence of each factor affecting the extracting rate of TiO2 is as follows: roasting temperature, roasting time, mass ratio of ammonium bisulfate to high titanium slag. The optimum technological conditions are obtained as mass ratio of ammonium bisulfate to ore of 4:1, roasting temperature of 480 ℃, roasting time of 60 min and material particle size of 45-53 μm. The extracting rate of TiO2 is about 85% under the optimum conditions.
