摘 要: 由于針鐵礦法沉鐵過程鐵離子濃度和pH值難以控制，提出一種基于混雜系統(tǒng)理論沉鐵過程的建模與控制方法。在深入分析沉鐵過程物理化學反應機理的基礎上，采用物料平衡原理，建立基于連續(xù)攪拌釜的數(shù)學模型。針對溶液中Fe2+濃度對氧氣有效溶解濃度的影響，建立Fe2+濃度不同波動區(qū)間內(nèi)有效溶解氧濃度切換模型。采用公共李亞普諾夫函數(shù)的方法，給出基于溶液中Fe2+濃度和有效溶解氧濃度的沉鐵系統(tǒng)切換控制器的設計方法。仿真結(jié)果表明：混雜建模與控制方法能反映沉鐵過程各離子濃度的動態(tài)變化，滿足工藝指標。

Abstract:A modeling and control method based on hybrid theory was proposed due to controlling the iron ion concentration and pH value difficultly in iron precipitation by goethite process. A mathematical model of iron precipitation by goethite process was built based on the physical and chemical reaction mechanism of iron precipitation and material balance principle. An effective concentration of dissolved oxygen in different interval of Fe2+ concentration model was constructed by analyzing the effects of Fe2+ concentration on dissolved oxygen in solution. The switching controller of the iron precipitation system was designed based on Fe2+ concentration and effective concentration of dissolved oxygen by using common Lyapunov function technique. The simulation results show that this modeling and control method is effective to reflect the dynamic changes of ion concentrations during precipitation of iron, which meets the process indexes.
