石灰乳法制備四氧化三錳

摘 要: 研究氯化錳與石灰乳制備四氧化三錳,并采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)考察石灰乳濃度為1 mol/L時,Mn2+濃度、反應(yīng)溫度、石灰乳加料速度對氫氧化錳純度的影響。正交實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,氯化錳濃度為 0.5 mol/L、反應(yīng)溫度為 80 ℃、加料速度為6 mL/min時,氫氧化錳中錳含量可達(dá)60%以上,初級產(chǎn)品四氧化三錳中錳含量為70.42%。X射線衍射、化學(xué)多元素和紅外分析顯示,初級產(chǎn)品四氧化三錳中的主要雜質(zhì)為氧化鈣和堿式氯化錳。堿式氯化錳可通過氫氧化鈉溶液處理而去除。熱力學(xué)計(jì)算和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,水熱法可同時除去雜質(zhì)氧化鈣和堿式氯化錳,最終產(chǎn)品錳含量可達(dá)71.27%。

Preparation of manganese tetroxide with lime milk

Abstract:Manganese tetroxide was prepared with manganese chloride and lime milk. The influences of manganese ion concentration, reaction temperature and feeding speed were investigated through orthogonal experiments when the concentration of lime milk is 1 mol/L. The results show that the manganese in manganese hydroxide is above 60% when the feeding speed is 6 mL/min with manganese ion concentration of 0.5 mol/L and at 80 ℃. The content of manganese in the product is 70.42 %. The results of X-ray diffraction, chemical multi-element and infrared analysis show that calcium oxide and basic manganese chloride are main impurities in the manganese tetroxide primary products. Basic manganese chloride can be removed by the processing of sodium hydroxide solution. The thermodynamic calculations and experimental results indicate that the hydrothermal method can eliminate the impurities of calcium oxide and basic manganese chloride simultaneously, and the content of final products manganese is up to 71.27%.
