摘 要: 采用X射線透射成像儀(XRT)、光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和能譜分析(EDS)等手段對某高鉬含量β型鈦合金的偏析行為進行研究。結(jié)果表明:合金鑄錠及其軋制棒材1/2半徑至中心區(qū)域在X射線透射檢測及低倍檢查時發(fā)現(xiàn)的灰黑色偏析斑點為α斑點;能譜分析(EDS)顯示,該灰黑色偏析斑點為Mo元素貧化區(qū)域;在光學(xué)顯微鏡下觀察固溶處理后的棒材,其正常區(qū)域組織為單相β晶粒,而灰黑色偏析斑點區(qū)域聚集著大量未轉(zhuǎn)變的細小α相顆粒,其在低倍觀察時呈現(xiàn)灰黑色。

Abstract:The radiographic test, OM, SEM and EDS were adopted to study the segregation behavior of the β titanium alloy which possesses high molybdenum content. The results show that, the black spots in the ingot and rolling bar from 1/2 radius to the central regions are α flecks. The EDS results shows that the α flecks are lack of Mo element. The standard microstructure of the rolling bar after solution heat treatment is single β phase. A lot of unchanged fine α phase particles gather in the grey black segregation zone, so, the spot shows grey black under low magnification inspection.
