摘 要: 研究中空纖維膜萃取與超濾耦合工藝從模擬含銦酸性浸出液中提取銦的效率,考察反萃相與萃取相混合配比、混合液流速、原料液與混合液溫度變化等參數(shù)對(duì)系統(tǒng)提銦效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:反萃相與萃取相體積之比(A/O)在一定范圍內(nèi),在A/O=4時(shí)系統(tǒng)反萃相中In(Ⅲ)的富集量達(dá)到最大;隨混合液流速的增大,系統(tǒng)的傳質(zhì)性能降低;原料液與混合液等溫變化對(duì)系統(tǒng)提銦效果的影響并不顯著。對(duì)比含In(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Zn(Ⅱ)三組分原料液與In(Ⅲ)、Fe(Ⅲ)兩組分原料液的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果可知,原料液中Zn(Ⅱ)的大量存在會(huì)干擾In(Ⅲ)的萃取,需要對(duì)多組分原料液進(jìn)行預(yù)處理以排除競(jìng)爭(zhēng)離子的干擾,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)較好的提銦效果。

Abstract:A hollow fiber supported liquid membrane (HFSLM) and ultra-filtration(UF) hybrid system for separation of In(Ⅲ) was investigated. The effects of volume ratio(A/O) and flow rate of the stripping mixture as well as the feed and mixture temperature on the extraction efficiency were studied. The results show that within a certain range, the effect of the temperature of the system on the extraction of In(Ⅲ) was not notable. In(Ⅲ) in the stripping phase could reach the highest enrichment when A/O was 4:1. The mass transfer rate decreased with the increase in the stripping mixture flow rate. The results of tests treating the feed containing In(Ⅲ), Fe(Ⅲ) and Zn(Ⅱ) and the one containing In(Ⅲ) and Fe(Ⅲ) show that the existence of Zn(Ⅱ) competes with In(Ⅲ) in extraction. Therefore, in order to obtain the excellent extraction of In(Ⅲ), it is necessary to remove the competing metal ions in a pretreatment process.
