摘 要: 以尿素為螯合劑、十二烷基硫酸鈉(K12)為表面活性劑,采用水熱法合成YPO4:Tb3+,Ce3+微米球。利用SEM、XRD、光致發(fā)光光譜、激發(fā)譜、熒光衰減曲線等分析手段對YPO4:Tb3+,Ce3+微米球的形貌、相結(jié)構(gòu)、光學(xué)特性及相關(guān)激發(fā)與發(fā)射機(jī)制進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:合成的YPO4:Tb3+,Ce3+微米球熒光顆粒形貌規(guī)則,呈純凈四方相。共摻Ce3+離子使得微米球的544 nm綠光發(fā)射的相對強(qiáng)度得到有效調(diào)制;對熒光衰減譜的雙參數(shù)擬合,證實(shí)Ce3+與Tb3+之間能量傳遞的存在。

Abstract:The YPO4:Tb3+,Ce3+ microspheres were synthesized through hydrothe, rmal method by using urea as chelatingagent and sodium dodecylsulfate (K12) as surfactant. The morphology, phase structure, optical property and relative excitation and emission mechanism of YPO4: Tb3+,Ce3+ microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD), photoluminescence (PL) excitation spectra and decay spectra technique. The results reveal that the synthesized microspheres show uniform morphologies and pure tetragonal phase of YPO4. The relative intensity of 544 nm green emission of Tb3+ to other emission bands can be efficiently tuned by codoping Ce3+. Finally, the energy transfer was confirmed to occur between Ce3+ and Tb3+ when the decay spectra of Tb3+ is fitted by a double-exponential function by fitting the decay spectra.
