摘 要: 采用XRD、SEM、BET、Zeta電位等分析手段研究球磨改性時間和表面活性劑硬脂酸(SA)添加對注射成形用超細98W-1Ni-1Fe粉末性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:球磨改性使得粉末晶粒細化而晶格應變逐漸增大,且表面活性劑SA的添加加劇了這種變化趨勢。同時,球磨改性起到了很好地消除超細粉末團聚、提高松裝密度的作用,而SA的添加使得粉末的粒徑分布更加均勻且松裝密度更高。Zeta電位值變化表明:球磨改性使得粉末顆粒間相互排斥力增大,有利于粉末的穩(wěn)定分散,且不產(chǎn)生二次團聚。

Abstract:The effect of ball milling modification time and surfactant addition on the properties of ultrafine 98W-1Ni-1Fe used for powder injection molding was investigated by XRD, SEM, BET and Zeta potential methods. The results indicate that the grain is refined while the lattice strain increases with the elongation of ball milling modification time, and the addition of stearic acid (SA) intensifies this changing trend. At the same time, the ball milling modification effectively eliminates the aggregation and increases the loose packed density, meanwhile, the addition of SA makes the particle size distributing more homogeneous, and the loose packed density is improved. The change of Zeta potential shows that the ball milling modification intensifies the repulsive force between powder particles, leading to stable dispersion without secondary aggregation.
