摘 要: 介紹固體潤滑技術(shù)和固體潤滑材料的應用背景和優(yōu)勢,總結(jié)難熔金屬基、銅基、鋁基、鐵基和鎳基等金屬基固體自潤滑復合材料各自的特點,討論金屬基固體自潤滑復合材料的自潤滑機理,指出金屬基固體自潤滑復合材料在研究與開發(fā)中出現(xiàn)的問題,介紹近年來金屬基固體自潤滑復合材料制備方法和研究內(nèi)容方面的進展。

Abstract:The backgrounds and advantages of solid lubricating technology and materials were introduced. The characteristics of refractory metal-based, copper-based, aluminum-based, iron-based and nickel-based solid self- lubricating composites were summarized. The lubrication mechanism of metallic solid self-lubricating composite was discussed. The problems in the research and development of metallic solid self-lubricating composite were pointed out. The progresses in the preparation and research of metallic solid self-lubricating composite were introduced.
