高密度活化鎢粉低溫?zé)Y(jié)近全致密化行為

摘 要: 采用物理化學(xué)方法制備超細(xì)高密度活化鎢粉(W-0.1%Ni復(fù)合粉末,質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)),研究球磨時(shí)間對(duì)活化鎢粉形貌及其物理性能的影響,探討球磨處理對(duì)該高密度活化鎢粉燒結(jié)致密化行為的影響,并與超細(xì)純鎢粉末的燒結(jié)致密化行為進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:微量活化元素鎳的添加及球磨處理能明顯加速鎢粉的低溫?zé)Y(jié)收縮速率,顯著促進(jìn)鎢粉的燒結(jié)致密化程度;球磨5 h后,活化鎢粉在1 600 ℃下燒結(jié)即可達(dá)到近全致密化(致密度為99.4%),此外,鎳元素的添加和球磨處理也能顯著促進(jìn)鎢晶粒的長(zhǎng)大。

Near full sintering densification behavior of
activated high density tungsten powder at low temperature

Abstract:The ultra-fine activated high density tungsten powder (W-0.1%Ni composite powder, mass fraction) was prepared by a physical and chemical method, the effects of ball milling time on its morphology as well as physical characteristics were investigated. Additionally, the effect of ball milling treatment on its sintering densification behavior was also studied, which was compared with that of the ultra-fine pure tungsten powder. The results indicate that the addition of trace active element nickel and ball milling treatment can greatly accelerate the sintering shrinkage rate of tungsten powder at low temperature, and significantly promote its sintering densification rate, the activated tungsten powder milled for 5 h can be sintered to near full density (99.4%) at 1 600 ℃. At the same time, it can also significantly boost tungsten grains to grow up.
