靜流式鋁電解槽磁場(chǎng)仿真及設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要: 通過(guò)對(duì)槽內(nèi)磁場(chǎng)、電流場(chǎng)的分析和研究,提出一種靜流式鋁電解槽的概念,采用陰極垂直出電的方式代替目前的水平出電方式,從而大幅度降低鋁液層中的水平電流,大幅度削弱電磁力對(duì)槽內(nèi)熔體的影響,進(jìn)而減小鋁液的流動(dòng)和波動(dòng),將電磁影響削弱到最低程度以實(shí)現(xiàn)熔體界面高穩(wěn)定性,并依此原理設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)新型高效節(jié)能型鋁電解試驗(yàn)槽。同時(shí)對(duì)母線配置進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),在最優(yōu)化母線配置下,磁場(chǎng)數(shù)值仿真計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,該電解槽垂直磁場(chǎng)最大值為0.896 3 mT,平均值為0.360 2 mT,遠(yuǎn)低于同規(guī)格普通電解槽的垂直磁場(chǎng),從而可獲得電解槽超穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行條件,為大幅度降低極距,實(shí)現(xiàn)大幅度節(jié)能創(chuàng)造條件。

Abstract:The concept of stationary stream pattern aluminum reduction cell was presented after analyzing the magnetic field and current flows of aluminum reduction cells. With this kind of innovative design, the electricity flows out of the cell in a vertical path instead of current horizontal path, so the current flow intensity in aluminum melt can be reduced sharply, and the effect of electromagnetic force on the melt is weakened. Furthermore, the flow and fluctuation of the aluminum melt becomes lower, and the effect of electromagnetic force decreases to the minimum level. Under the above principle, a novel kind of high efficient aluminum reduction test cell was designed. With optimal busbar designing method, the simulation results show that the maximum vertical magnetic field strength is only 0.896 3 mT, and the mean value is 0.360 2 mT, which are far below the values of ordinary cells with the same scale. Thus, the cell can perform steady with much lower polar distance, and the goal of substantially energy-saving target would be achieved.
