CuTiZrCo塊體非晶合金的形成及磁性能

摘 要: 采用銅模吸鑄工藝制備出直徑為3 mm的Cu50.4Ti27.1Zr16.2Co6.3和Cu50.9Ti27.4Zr16.4Co5.3非晶圓棒,用X射線衍射、差示掃描量熱儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、能譜分析儀和振動(dòng)樣品磁強(qiáng)計(jì)研究非晶合金的熱穩(wěn)定性、結(jié)構(gòu)組織、相成分和磁性能。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)升溫速率為20 ℃/min時(shí),該兩種非晶合金的過(guò)冷液相區(qū)分別為59 K和41 K;在磁性元素含量較小的銅合金體系中,小范圍變化Co含量對(duì)飽和磁化強(qiáng)度的影響不大;樣品直徑由3 mm增大到5 mm時(shí),非晶基體中會(huì)析出較多形狀不規(guī)則富Co和Ti的混合相,使樣品的飽和磁化強(qiáng)度Ms明顯增大。

Formation and magnetic properties of CuTiZrCo bulk metallic glass

Abstract:Cu50.4Ti27.1Zr16.2Co6.3 and Cu50.9Ti27.4Zr16.4Co5.3 amorphous rods with diameter of 3 mm were prepared by copper mold suction casting process. Their thermal stability, microstructures, phase compositions and magnetic properties were detected by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), scanning electron microscope(SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM). The results show that, at a heating rate of 20 ℃/min, the supercooled liquid regions of the two bulk metallic glasses are 59 K and 41 K, respectively. The small-scale change of Co content in the Cu-based alloy system has little effect on the saturation magnetization (Ms). When the diameters of the samples increase from 3 mm to 5 mm, the magnetic phase with rich Co and Ti precipitates in the amorphous matrix. Then, the saturation magnetization (Ms) of the samples significantly increases.
