摘 要: 采用電鍍法制備鍍鎳碳纖維,應(yīng)用X射線光電子能譜(XPS)分析技術(shù)研究涂層化學(xué)成分、元素化學(xué)狀態(tài)及其隨鍍層深度的變化。結(jié)果表明:鍍層表面的鎳被氧化成NiO;中間鍍層由單質(zhì)鎳組成,同時吸附少量O2;在鍍層與碳纖維的界面處形成Ni—C—O鍵,此化學(xué)鍵為鍍層與纖維之間提供了強大的界面結(jié)合力。基于對鍍層的XPS分析,探討鎳在纖維表面的沉積過程。

Abstract:Nickel coated carbon fibers were prepared by electroplating method. The chemical ingredients, chemical states of various elements and their variation with the depth of the coating were studied by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicate that the nickel on the surface of the layers is oxidized into NiO. The intermediate layers are composed of pure nickel, meanwhile absorbing a spot of O2. At the interface between the coatings and carbon fibers, the nickel-carbon-oxygen bonds form, which provides the powerful binding force between nickel layers and carbon fibers. Based on the XPS analysis of the nickel layers, the deposition process of nickel on carbon fibers was discussed.
