碳納米復(fù)合對電極染料敏化太陽能電池的電化學(xué)性能

摘 要: 在染料敏化太陽能電池(DSCs)碳對電極中添加多壁碳納米管,制作碳納米復(fù)合對電極。通過循環(huán)伏安法研究復(fù)合電極中碳納米管對I3/I氧化還原行為的影響。采用電化學(xué)阻抗譜表征,比較納米炭黑、石墨鱗片、碳納米管、納米炭黑−納米碳管復(fù)合材料對碳電極/電解質(zhì)界面的影響。結(jié)果表明:添加納米碳管后,電極的催化還原電位降低,電流密度增大;碳納米管的加入使電極表面催化活性點(diǎn)增多,碳電極與電解液的界面電勢差減少。光伏性能測試表明,添加10%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的碳納米管的DSCs的開路電壓提高了17.9%,短路電流提高了24.1%,填充因子提高了14.4%。

Electrochemical performance of
carbon nano-composite counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cells

Abstract:Carbon nanotubes were added to the carbon counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell to prepare carbon nano-composite counter electrode. The influence of carbon nanotubes in the composite electrode on catalytic performance of I3/Iredox was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The effects of carbon black, graphite scale, carbon nanotubes and carbon black-carbon nanotubes composite on the carbon electrode/ electrolyte interface were compared by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that the catalytic reduction potential of the composite electrode reduces and the current density increases. With the addition of carbon nanotubes, the number of the surface catalytic active points increases and the electric potential difference between the carbon electrode and electrolyte interface decreases. Photovoltaic performance test results of the DSCs show that with the addition of 10% (mass fraction) carbon nanotubes, the open-circuit voltage of the DSCs increases by 17.9%, short-circuit current increases by 24.1% and filling factor increases by 14.4%.
