ZnO/TiO2−納米管光催化劑的制備與表征

摘 要: 采用改進(jìn)的化學(xué)沉積法,用ZnO對(duì)TiO2−納米管進(jìn)行改性,制備ZnO/TiO2−納米管的復(fù)合半導(dǎo)體材料。用X 射線衍射儀、透射電鏡、高分辨透射電鏡、X 射線能譜儀、比表面分析儀,紫外−可見光度計(jì)等研究樣品的結(jié)構(gòu)、表面形貌和化學(xué)組成。通過光降解甲基橙模擬污染物考察其光催化性能,并探討ZnO粒子表面修飾增強(qiáng)TiO2−納米管光催化活性的機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:n(Zn)׃n(Ti)為1׃4的ZnO/TiO2−納米管復(fù)合材料具有最佳的光催化活性;Zn和Ti的協(xié)同效應(yīng)改善了復(fù)合材料的可見光響應(yīng)性。

Synthesis and characterization of ZnO/TiO2-nanotubes photocatalyst

Abstract:TiO2-nanotubes(TiO2-NTs) coated with nanosized ZnO particles were synthesized by a modified deposition- precipitation process. The obtained products were characterized by XRD, TEM, HRTEM, XPS, BET and UV-Vis to reveal the structures, micrography and composition of ZnO/TiO2-NTs. The photodegradations of methyl orange with ZnO/TiO2-NTs as photocatalysts were carried out to investigate the photocatalytic activity of ZnO/TiO2-NTs. The photocatalytic mechanism for ZnO/TiO2-NTs with high photocatalytic activity was proposed. The results show that the ZnO/TiO2-NT with molar ratio of Zn to Ti of 1׃4 exhibits excellent photocatalytic activity for photodegradation of methyl orange. The enhanced photocatalytic activities for ZnO/TiO2-NTs own to the synergistic effect of Zn and Ti, resulting in the improved response to UV-Vis light.
